The author of the design of the Villa is Sebastian Pitoń, known as Gaudi of Podhale. This name comes from a very characteristic style of implemented projects.  Drawing heavily from the building tradition of Zakopane, he has distinguished the Villa from other buildings of the town by creative remaking of the Witkiewicz canon. Soft, neo-Secession lines, greater complexity of the body of the building, wavy roof and semi-circular windows make up a combination of unique architectural features giving Villa Kominiarski Wierch its special, fabulous character.
